Cochrane Premier Properties owns and manages luxurious apartments, lofts, and homes in and around the University of Illinois. While they owned various properties, it wasn’t readily obvious they were Cochrane-owned properties. We created the Cochrane Premier Properties brand to unite their real estate portfolio and allow them to market under one umbrella organization.
