Regency Multifamily owns and manages apartment communities across the Midwest. Looking to increase the level of consistency and professionalism from their property marketing materials, we designed a flexible brochure layout that could be easily customized for their more than 14 different properties. Applying unique brand assets, color palettes, copy, and photography to these layouts allows for consistency while still emphasizing what makes each property unique.
