The 2018 Illinois Computer Science Impact Report highlights the innovations of students, faculty, and alumni. It recognizes their contributions to the computer science community as a whole as they tackle tough scientific challenges while disrupting the status quo to change the world for the better. The Impact Report is an annual publication that is distributed to alumni, faculty, industry, rival department heads, and used as part of the department’s fundraising initiatives.
