The Upper Bout is a brick-and-mortar guitar and music store that was in need of a new website. While most local music shops have not been able to compete with instrument sales migrating to the internet, The Upper Bout takes immense pride in their customer service, working hard to establish relationships with their customers to create personalized buying experiences. This dedication to their customers in combination with their excellent retail space creates a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Our unique challenge for this site was to create something that featured online shopping but at the same time gave our audience a glimpse at the experience of shopping at the actual retail store.
