Regency Multifamily is a real estate investment and development company that owns and manages properties across four Midwest states. We designed and developed their corporate website to communicate who they are as a company as well as their mission and vision for the future. While residents are a tangential audience, the site’s primary audience is investors and lenders. With that audience in mind, the design needed to represent the company as an established, stable, and forward-thinking organization.
Given the number of on-site editors and their range of experience and familiarity, it was important for us to deliver a backend dashboard that was as user-friendly as possible. The sites were built in a way to easily construct content dynamically using flexible content fields. For example, content can be added/removed, reordered, flipped, text styles and background colors can be edited, etc. without requiring a web developer to adjust the HTML/CSS for content variations. This allows variation to the content while maintaining site styling and design.
